We will then calculate the shipping charges and issue you a completed invoice. If you indicated payment via Paypal, we will issue you an invoice through Paypal. If you’ve indicated payment via check or money order, a mailing address will be provided. Thank you.

 

 

Shipping

 

We ship all plants bare root unless otherwise noted. We will ship plants in their pots upon request, and for those with special requirements, but please be advised that shipping costs will change. Shipping costs will be actual rates.

 

Most items will be shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) Priority Mail. Standard 1st Class may be used at our discretion. Or upon request, Express Mail. Note that California shipments will be sent 1st Class. Insurance is available.

 

We will make every effort to ship your plants as quickly and as inexpensively as possible.

 

Orders of $150.00 or more will receive free shipping!

 

Shipping Rates

 

Domestic

USPS Priority rates start at $4.90 for 1lb

Insurance rates start at $1.75 up to $50 / $2.25 up to $100

 

Please be aware that Postal rates change, shipping charges will always be calculated with current USPS pricing at the time of shipment.

 

Cold Weather Shipping

 

Being a California based nursery, we ship plants all year round. However, for our customers in colder regions we offer heat packs to keep the plants warm during transit. All our heat packs are the longest lasting, at 72hours, which makes them ideal for USPS Priority shipping. We only use the brand UniHeat, as we have found them to be of the best quality.

 

Our 72hour heat packs are optional, and a $2.25 charge will be added to your order if you so choose. For orders of $100 or more, the heat pack(s) will be added free of charge. We do encourage you to opt in for the heat pack to ensure the safest arrival of your new plants. However, if you choose not to include the heat pack, we cannot guarantee their favorable arrival, nor can we offer any refunds or exchanges.

All payments must be in US Dollars

 

Paypal: This is our main source of payment. At this time we are not setup for secure payments via our own website.

Personal Check: We accept personal checks from USA residents only. Please allow up to a 7 day hold for clearance.

 

Money Order: We accept money orders and international money orders in USD. We prefer money orders from known institutions (Bank, Postal, Western Union, etc.) Please allow up to a 7 day hold for clearance.

 

Cash: Sending cash through the mail is not advised, and due to the possible complications, we cannot accept it.
